While I wait for it to rise, I am posting the recipe here so I don't have to continue to call mom every time I need to make pizza...
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 T yeast
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 T sugar
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil, salt, sugar and mix well. Add flour. Mix and kneed lightly. Place in covered bowl and let rise for 5 ish minutes. put on baking stone or pizza tray and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes. Take out and put toppings on until toppings done or cheese is bubbly.
Now I need to go finish my pizza.
