Easy Chicken Bake

I borrowed this recipe off the back of the Stove Top stuffing box. Its incredibly delicious!

1 pkg Stove Top Stuffing mix for chicken
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
1 can (10-3/4 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1/3 cup Sour Cream
1 bag (16 oz) frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on box. Set aside.
2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream and vegetables in 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with prepared stuffing.
3. Bake 30 mins or until chicken is cooked through.

The recipe says it serves six but it is so good everyone will want more!

I took these pictures on my phone and they didn't turn out as well as the dinner.  I ended up cooking the chicken a little bit before mixing it in and then only baking the dish for about 25 minutes. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did!

Hearty Classic Lasagna

I was desperatly craving lasagna today, and have never made it before, so decided to try my hand at it. I got the recipe from allrecipes.com , which is where I get most of my ideas. The site has yet to lead me astray! This was such a simple recipe!! I believe that the secret to its greatness is truly the sauce. Just follow the directions to a tee, and its perfect!

make sure to let the sauce simmer for an hour

(the cottage cheese/egg/parm mix- blend well!)

Sorry for the lame pictures- I forgot to snap some when I actually wanted to, like the layering phases.

So here is the link for the direct recipe, since I can't seem to get it copied over to the blog :/

Classic Lasagna

I will most definetly be putting this in my "favorites" book!
