250 g flour (2 cups)
5 dl milk (2.11 cups)
½ tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Stir or whisk above ingredients together. Let rest (with towel over bowl) for ½ hour.
Then add 2 eggs and 3 tbsp oil and stir.
I had the best short video of Stephan flipping a pancake, but it wouldn't upload on blogger:-(
(Makes about 4-6 pancakes, depends on how thick you make them, and how big your frying pan is. Lay one on a plate, coat in your favorite jam or jelly, some powdered sugar. Put a few scoops of vanilla ice cream down the middle and fold both sides in.

ReplyDeleteyes, people also spread nutella (chocolate spread) instead of jam on it. that's good too:-)
